The Young Rite is a Liberal Catholic Church that operates world-wide. The sacramental hierarchy has been limited to two tiers: Bishops and members. All bishops operate autonomously in the country they live in. There is one bishop who co-ordinates and administrates the official documents of the Young Rite, known as the Curate Bishop. The nature of this appointment is purely administrative.
