The Rev Graham S Wale, Secretary to GES-11 in 1996, has been appointed Secretary to GES-12, to be held in England in 2000. The Auxiliary Bishop for Great Britain and Ireland, the Right Rev Richard Palmer, proposed, and the Presiding Bishop approved, that Rev Graham Wale be appointed Secretary to the International Office in England of The Liberal Catholic Church. Suitable premises are being sought and it is hoped that the Central Office, as the International Office is known, may be reinstated and flourish again as it did in the times of the Very Rev Harry Farrow.
